Deliver an actionable sales program to support St. Andrews Grand at The Old Course.

While brand recognition of St. Andrews and The Old Course was not a limiting factor in launching the sales effort of a fractional ownership program in Scotland, creating a market for the unique ownership model and lofty prices would present challenges.  Did a market for units priced from $1.250M USD for a 1/5th ownership interest exist and if so, could they be sold quickly enough to convince the developer to initiate construction?
