Cognitive One carefully considered the marketplace for outdoor sporting travel and created several personas of what typical members might expect in a luxury sporting club and how sporting travel purchases were made and serviced. The Presnell Sporting Collection is providing access to locations that otherwise would be incredibly difficult to find or booked years in advance. To sell the club we needed to make the purchase experience as compelling as the trip itself.
